July 1, 2011- Crossfit traning at Lake Newnan

I again went to the crossfit training with Julianne. Though, I have been working out at the gym, I realized that besides building muscle mass, I also need to build endurance. On June 29th, 2011- I realized that I had lost a lot of my stamina and endurance even though I had been working out at the gym almost every other day in June. Therefore I resolved to reduce weightlifting to 2 days a week and instead do more crossfit and running to rebuild muscular endurance.
