Feburary 12, 2011 - Baked a carrot cake

I baked a cake for the first time with Rachel DeLoach and Taylor Col. This was a lot of fun and I learned a lot about how to bake and cook and clean simultaneously. It was quite humorous because I didn't know where half of the things in my kitchen were located. The recipe was from a website called awesome recipes, and it was for a carrot cake. The cake turned out to be extremely delicious much to the surprise of all parties involved. I finished my share of the cake within a week on account of it being so delicious. I learned a lot about cooking from Rachel who knows a lot about it because she's a woman.
