January 30, 2011 - Who's Got Balls?

We did a new conditioning exercise today called who's got balls? Everyone lines up and lays down on the ground facing away from the field. A person will scatter ping pong balls that have workouts written on them i.e. 20 pushups, 30 lunges... When the balls are sufficiently distributed, everyone is told to get up and race to pick up a ball. There is one less ball then there are people so each round one person is eliminated. When you pick up a ball you must do the exercise listed and then return to the line to wait for the next round. I am pretty good at this game seeing as I have been in the top 3 almost everytime we play and I have won the game twice.
