This regatta was right at home in our own lake: Lake Newnan. We hosted 10 other teams as we all raced 6000 meters around the lake. Our boat placed 2nd out of all the JV8's. This was a great confidence booster to us. We even beat CCR, the only team who beat us was OARS, but their JV8 is faster than our V8 so there is really nothing that we can do about it right now.
