August 30, 2010: Crew Practice Begins Again.

3:30-6:00

Today practice started after a long summer vacation. I trained hard over the summer and put on 10 lbs of muscle. I am excited for the new season and hope to learn how to push myself further than I ever could in the past. 
I am very excited to begin the new season because it helps to keep my body in shape. Through crew, I learn the correct techniques for building muscle and the correct nutrition guidelines to help me maintain my lean mass. I hope to become faster and beat my previous PRs from last year.
