Today we played Frisbee to let off a little steam and do something fun but still getting a good cardio workout. Before playing Frisbee, we did stadiums, so running was a little challenging, but after a while, it became easier. It was a fun experience because we got to meet Peter Martin after a long time, who is a respected GAR alumni. I played well and had some actually really spectacular catches. It was also fun to interact with everyone on a less intense level.
